Machine installations typically include the following components and materials: condensers, air handlers, furnaces, coils, PVC drain pipes, gas piping (if applicable), air supply and return ductwork, drain lines, and a flood safety switch.
-
Brand new air ducts available in either flexible or custom-ordered metal options. All ductwork is designed with high-quality insulation to prevent air leakage and condensation (“sweating”), ensuring efficient airflow and performance. Installation is carefully organized to maximize available space in attics or ceiling areas for a cleaner, more efficient setup.
Prices may vary depending on the amount of air ducts required for installation and the specific layout of the system.

Our maintenance service keeps your HVAC system running smoothly and efficiently year-round. We clean key components, inspect the system for wear or issues, and check overall performance, airflow, and operation. We also perform minor repairs when needed to help prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency.
Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your system and ensures it’s ready for both heating and cooling seasons.

Our technician will inspect your HVAC system to identify the issue and ensure everything is operating properly. After diagnosing the problem, we’ll explain our findings and provide a clear estimate for any recommended repairs. No work is performed without your approval. Once approved, the estimate becomes your final invoice, due upon completion of service.

If your HVAC system is struggling to start or run properly, a faulty capacitor may be the cause. Our technician will test and replace the capacitor as needed to restore proper system performance. We’ll provide a clear estimate before any work is done, and the final invoice is due upon completion.
-
If your HVAC system isn’t turning on or is running inconsistently, a faulty contactor may be the issue. Our technician will inspect the component and replace it if necessary to restore proper operation. You’ll receive a clear estimate before any work begins, and the final invoice is due upon completion.

Our technician will inspect the system, confirm the issue, and replace the motor if necessary to restore proper airflow and comfort. A clear estimate will be provided before any work begins, and the final invoice is due upon completion.

If your HVAC system is low on refrigerant, it may result in reduced cooling performance or longer run times. Our technician will inspect the system for leaks, verify refrigerant levels, and recharge the system with R-410A as needed. Refrigerant is charged per pound, and a clear estimate will be provided before any work begins. The final invoice is due upon completion of service.

If your HVAC system is low on refrigerant, it can cause poor cooling performance or system strain. Our technician will inspect the system, check for leaks, and recharge it with R-454 refrigerant as needed. Refrigerant is billed per pound, and a clear estimate will be provided before any work begins. The final invoice is due upon completion of service.
-
If your HVAC system’s drain line is clogged, it can lead to water leaks, poor performance, or system shutdown. Our technician will inspect and clear the condensate drain line to restore proper drainage and prevent further issues. A clear estimate will be provided before any work begins, and the final invoice is due upon completion of service.

Over time, dirt and debris can build up on your HVAC system’s evaporator and condenser coils, reducing efficiency and cooling performance. Our technician will professionally clean the coils to restore proper heat transfer, improve airflow, and help your system run more efficiently. A clear estimate will be provided before any work begins, and the final invoice is due upon completion of service.

Our Installation Process Overview
System Evaluation & Estimate
First, a technician visits the client’s property to evaluate the existing air conditioning system and determine what is needed. After the assessment, the company provides a detailed price and sends a quote or estimate to the client via email.
Approval & Deposit
The client reviews the estimate and, if they agree, signs the contract electronically. The agreement requires a 50% upfront payment as a deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.
Installation Process
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, the installation is scheduled. The work typically includes installing a new unit and condenser, along with any additional components specified in the contract.
Completion & Final Payment
The installation usually takes one to two days, depending on scheduling and project scope. After the work is completed, the client reviews the installation and submits the final payment.
